Job summary

Primo Brands in Richmond, VA seeks a Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, upsell where appropriate, and maintain accurate account information, while safely operating a CMV.

The role offers a $56,160 per year base plus tips, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, Monday-Friday schedule, start times between 6 am and 7 am, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, ESPP, life and disability insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable positions).
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining Class B CDL.
• Strong customer-facing sales skills.
• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and climbing in/out of a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell additional products to drive growth.
• Safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and complete required DOT documents.
• Maintain accurate account information and schedules.
• Work with the team to meet customer needs and achieve goals.
