Job summary

Smyrna Ready Mix LLC is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL Class A or B) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites. You’ll be the face of SRM Concrete at the customer site, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with safety and professionalism.

This role offers home daily routes, overtime after 8 hours, potential bonuses and annual raises, plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
