Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to construction sites while staying safety-focused and customer-oriented. You will operate a concrete mixer truck with a Class A or B CDL, ensuring accurate loads and on-time deliveries, and representing SRM with professionalism.

You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain records, and collaborate with dispatch. Prior mixer experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers are welcome and will complete pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
