Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a motivated Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to residential and commercial sites. If you hold a Class A or B CDL and value safety, service, and teamwork, join our nationwide network and be home daily after shifts.

You’ll operate a concrete mixer truck, perform safety checks, maintain records, and coordinate with dispatch for efficient routes. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM’s values on every job.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
