Job summary

Herman N Logistics is hiring a Local Delivery Driver to cover the Phoenix area. The role involves yard work, local shuttles, and doorstep deliveries with liftgate and hand unloads. You’ll be home daily and may work weekends or holidays depending on load rotation.

New CDL grads are welcomed, with at least 120 hours of CDL training. Experienced drivers should have 6 months OTR in the last year or 12 months in the past five years. Must live within 50 miles of the hub and pass drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL training.
• No prior experience required for new drivers; preferred experience per job postings is stated but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Duties include yard work, shuttles and local delivery routes.
• Deliveries involve liftgate and full hand unloads; expect physical work in tight spaces.
