Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL‑A regional driver for a dedicated retail account out of Phoenix, AZ. Expect ~1,800 miles weekly with early‑morning store drops and hands‑on unloading using liftgate equipment.

You’ll work onsite in Phoenix with both day and night shifts, weekly home time, and consistent miles across AZ, Southern CA, Las Vegas, and UT. Trainees and experienced drivers welcome with groove to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Trainees: 0 months experience + 120+ accredited school hours.
• Experienced Drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months in the past 5 years.
• Pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle & urine drug screens.
• Clean driving record, background check, & valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to a regional retail account with ~1,800 miles per week.
• Hand‑on unloading: 80% roll carts, 20% loose boxes (liftgate).
• Unload and drop stores during early morning routes.
• Operate late‑model sleeper trucks with 53' trailers with liftgates.
