Job summary

Herman N Logistics in Phoenix is seeking a Shuttle & Yard Driver to keep trailers moving between a bakery and a distribution center about 7 miles apart. You’ll start at $21.00 per hour and typically earn around $1,300 weekly, with a yearly projection near $67,600.

The role is a day shift with some night driving, home every day, and weekends based on needs. You’ll shuttle and secure trailers, handle bread trays, and unload by hand in a yard setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 6 months of OTR experience after training within the last 12 months, or 12 months of experience in the past 5 years.
• Live within 50 miles of the hub.
• Urine and hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle trailers back and forth between the bakery and the distribution center.
• Hostle in the yard and seal and secure trailers.
• Handle bread trays and carts; load/unload by hand.
