Job summary

The Driving Desk is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local position in the greater Phoenix area. Drivers enjoy daily home time, day shifts, and weekends off with consistent freight and scheduled routes.

Registered with a valid CDL, new graduates are welcome, and all routes are round-trip within the Phoenix metro. We offer preloaded trailers, hourly and mileage pay, and weekly direct deposit to support reliable earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL graduates welcome
• Experienced drivers also encouraged to apply
• No endorsements required
• Must live within 50 miles of Mesa, AZ (85212)
• Comfortable with early morning start times when assigned
• Ability to safely complete live unload deliveries
• Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Haul dedicated dry van freight throughout the Phoenix market
• Pick up preloaded trailers
• Complete scheduled live unload deliveries
• Run round-trip routes that return to the terminal daily
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
• Deliver freight safely and on time
