Herman N Logistics is hiring a Local Delivery Driver to cover the Phoenix area. The role involves yard work, local shuttles, and doorstep deliveries with liftgate and hand unloads. You’ll be home daily and may work weekends or holidays depending on load rotation.

New CDL grads are welcomed, with at least 120 hours of CDL training. Experienced drivers should have 6 months OTR in the last year or 12 months in the past five years. Must live within 50 miles of the hub and pass drug screening.

No experience? No problem. This local bread route takes new CDL grads and seasoned drivers alike, and you're home every day.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Pay starts at $0.51 per mile (based on experience), plus $45 for every load you unload. Most drivers average about $1,100 a week, or roughly $57,200 a year.

HOW IT WORKS

• Home daily
• Days off depend on load rotation. Most new drivers start with Tuesday and Saturday off, and better days off open up as you gain seniority
• Weekend work is required, and holiday work depends on business needs
• Choose from day shifts, rotating shifts, or combined day and night schedules

THE JOB

Your day mixes yard work, shuttles and local delivery routes. Deliveries use a liftgate and are full hand unloads, so expect physical work in tight spaces with bread trays and carts.

WHO CAN APPLY
