Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking a Fuel & Propane Driver to deliver refined fuels and propane within a defined local territory while adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards. The role combines driving responsibilities with technical service tasks and requires timely completion of documentation and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, on-call emergency response, and installation of fuel and propane systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain Class A or B CDL with tanker, HAZMAT, and air brake endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass MFA Oil pre-employment drug screen, MVR, background check and road test.
• Lift up to 50 lb boxes to 3–4 ft; move equipment weighing up to 100 lb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined fuel products and propane within a local territory.
• Load products at terminals and maintain access credentials.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles per DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Install propane and fuel systems at customer sites, with or without a crew.
• Participate in on-call schedule and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records of parts and equipment.
