Job summary

Linde plc in Santa Ana, CA seeks a CDL driver to deliver products, make 10–12 stops daily, and maintain safe shipping and DOT paperwork. You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, handle hazmat shipping tasks, and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements include 2 years driving experience or CDL training, hazmat endorsement (or within 60 days), ability to lift 75 lb, and passing a DOT physical. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient reading and writing in English.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or CDL training with valid endorsement.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No serious violations or alcohol-related convictions in past 2 years.
• Able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Able to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day.
• Accurately count and record quantities delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify vehicle maintenance needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Learn and apply Linde’s business processes to help growth.
