Job summary

Linde plc is hiring a delivery driver in the United States. You will make 10–12 stops daily, touch freight, and complete paperwork while delivering excellent customer service. You will count products, keep records, and ensure hazmat shipping papers meet DOT requirements.

You’ll perform pre/ post-trip inspections, identify maintenance needs, and build strong customer relationships. Growth and learning are encouraged at Linde.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and ability to read and write in English.
• 2 years of consecutive driving experience or Truck Driving School certification with a valid CDL.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• No major accidents, suspensions or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with an average of 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify timely vehicle repairs or maintenance needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
