Job summary

Linde plc in Wisconsin is seeking a delivery driver to serve customers across our network. You will make 10–12 stops daily, handle freight, complete paperwork, and provide excellent service.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2 years driving experience or truck driving school certification, a valid Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. You must be 21+, pass a DOT physical, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification.
• Valid Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement.
• 21 years or older.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• DOT physical and medical certification required, able to lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, while touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• You are expected to complete hazardous material shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs.
• Build knowledge of Linde’s business to help the organization grow.
