Job summary

Linde plc. is hiring a delivery driver in the United States. You will dispatch products to customers, touch freight, complete paperwork, and provide outstanding customer service while adhering to all safety rules and DOT regulations.

You will count items, observe proper loading techniques, and maintain accurate records. The role requires a valid CDL A, hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain within 60 days), and physical strength for 75-pound lifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire or already held.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day; complete freight paperwork and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazmat shipping paperwork in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
