Job summary

Linde plc. in Wisconsin is seeking a delivery driver to serve customers with reliable and safe on-time deliveries. The role involves 10–12 stops per day, touch freight, paperwork, and delivering exceptional service to diverse customers.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain DOT-compliant records, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to meet safety and efficiency goals. A valid CDL with hazmat endorsement is required, with 21+ age and ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with valid CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No major accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Must lift 75 pounds minimum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, average 10-12 stops per day, touch freight, complete paperwork, and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Prepare and file hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate for timely repairs.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to meet goals.
