• Local paid hourly at $26/hour
• Shift: 6 am to 4:30 pm, rotating weekly schedule: Week 1 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday), Week 2 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). OT may be available based on company needs, including covering for absences.
• Equipment: 2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, Penske full maintenance plan included (tractors and trailers).

Responsibilities:

• Drive between the plant and warehouse (2.5 miles apart). Load/move 2-3 truckloads in the morning, return empty trailers at the end of the day.
• On weekends, load/move up to 6 trailers from the plant to the warehouse.
• Operate CDL and forklift in partnership with another forklift operator, loading products onto trailers, transporting, and scanning into warehouse bins.
• Assist in staging outbound shipments and loading carrier trailers as they arrive.

Qualifications:

• Compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to detect and minimize safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, including safe driving, hours of service, vehicle inspection, and transportation of materials.
