• Shift: 6 am to 4:30 pm, rotating weekly schedule with 40 hours per week. Overtime may be available based on company needs, including covering for absences.

Responsibilities:

• Driving primarily between the plant and warehouse (2.5 miles). Loading/moving 2-3 truckloads in the morning, returning empty trailers at day’s end.
• On weekends, loading/moving up to 6 trailers from plant to warehouse.
• Operate CDL and forklift with a partner to load products onto trailers, transport to the warehouse, and unload into warehouse bins.
• Assist in staging outbound shipments and loading carrier trailers as they arrive.

Qualifications:

• Compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to detect and minimize safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations regarding safe driving, hours of service, inspections, maintenance, and transportation of materials.
