Job summary

New Balance in Nashville, TN is seeking a CDL-equipped Distribution Center Associate to handle all DC functions with safety as a priority. The role involves driving on-site, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory while maintaining high quality for customers worldwide.

The position requires a Class A CDL with at least 2 years of driving experience, strong English reading skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive benefits and 401k are offered.

Qualifications

Class A CDL and at least 2 years driving experience with safe driving record

Responsibilities

Drive trucks mainly on property, with off-property trips for fuel and maintenance
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, receive and process returns/exchanges; troubleshoot problems to resolution
Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors
Sort, count, package, label, unpack and/or log inventory which is shipped or received
Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor
Unpack shipment of product and replenish warehouse shelves
Identify all returned defective units with proper defective reason code
