New Balance in Nashville, TN is hiring for a Distribution Center role emphasizing safety and quality in customer order fulfillment. The position requires a Class A CDL and at least 2 years of driving with a clean DOT record, plus ability to read and interpret numbers and letters.

You will operate RF scanners or a WMS workstation, pick/pack/ship orders, and manage inventory movements on site. The role supports a team-driven DC environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and at least 2 years driving experience with safe driving record; current/compliant on all D.O.T. requirements.
• Good communication skills required, including reading and understanding of the English language and ability to match numbers/letters.
• Proven track record of stability and dependability in the workplace.
• Ability to use RF scanner or WMS workstation.
• Manual dexterity and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks on property with occasional off-property trips for fuel and maintenance.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and process returns/exchanges.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors and log inventory movements.
• Inspect shipments for damages and maintain accurate records; assist with warehouse replenishment.
