48forty Solutions, LLC in Nashville, TN is hiring a CDL Driver to join our local fleet. You’ll handle local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, with no touch freight and home daily.

This role offers predictable 1st or 2nd shift options, with 10-12 hour days, automatic 53’ dry van trucks, and a pay range of $25.00–$26.00 per hour plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include time off, health coverage, and 401(k).

Competenze

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid CDL-A license to operate commercial vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical by a registered physician.
• No disqualifications to drive (DQ).
• Completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP score of 10 or below in last 3 years; higher score reviewed.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$25.00-26.00/hr. with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am Start Time

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-Finished

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 miles of Nashville making about 3-4 routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 10-12 hour shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
