Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Local Driver to support our operations in Pennsylvania. This role covers local deliveries between sites and customer locations with daytime considerations and a stable shift.

You will drive a Class A vehicle, maintain logs, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries on a 3pm–11pm schedule when needed. Weekly pay starts at $27.10 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and immediate benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) with match.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Drive and deliver materials safely across local routes connecting company facilities, warehouses, and customer sites.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and cargo to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
• Secure loads using appropriate equipment and ensure cargo is protected during transport.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and other required documentation, including delivery records and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure delivery accuracy and resolve issues.
