Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in San Antonio, TX. You’ll be paid hourly at $24.00, weekends off, home daily, and no touch freight. Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00am–8:00pm with rotating days off and Saturdays.

You will handle local truckload deliveries, perform drop-and-hook operations, and run about 8 routes per shift within 250 miles, using an automatic 53’ dry van for 40–50 hour shifts. Requirements include 1 year CDL-A in the last 3 years, 23+, valid CDL-A, DOT physical, and clean

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 40-50 hours shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
