48forty Solutions is hiring dependable CDL Class A drivers for full-time local routes in the Pittsburgh area. Earn $27.00 per hour, with a consistent schedule and daily home time on a team that values safety and reliability. You’ll drive an automatic 53’ truck on 9-14 hour shifts, typically around 10 hours, with 1st shift Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm.

Location: Pittsburg, PA 15225. Requirements include 1 year CDL-A experience in last 3 years, age 23+, DOT medical, and English proficiency.

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid CDL-A license and DOT medical clearance.
• No DOT disqualification and clean PSP within last 3 years.
• Ability to read/write/speak English.

Hourly Pay:

$27.00-29.00/hr

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook; home every night and no handling product

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles making about 2-4 routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 9-14 hours shifts, typically averaging 10 hours

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
