48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a CDL-A driver for local, home-daily work in Phoenix, AZ. Expect drop-and-hook deliveries, multiple daily routes, and automatic 53’ trailers on shift. Earn $27.00/hr with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and weekends off.

Candidates must have a valid CDL-A, 1 year of recent CDL experience, and pass DOT requirements. Read/ write English proficiency is required, with PSP scores and driving history reviewed during hiring.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must pass a DOT physical from a registered DOT physician.
• Must complete a DOT road test.
• PSP score of 10 or below in past 3 years; higher scores reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Handle local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers; manage routes per shift.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$27.00/hr.with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday 5:30am-5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (# of miles) making about (# of routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (# of hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
