Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC in Boise, ID is hiring a CDL Driver to join our team. You’ll drive an automatic, 53’ truck for eight-hour shifts, handle local truckload deliveries (drop and hook), and complete routes within about 150 miles.

Pay is $27.00/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 at 30 days, $2,500 at 90 days). You’ll be home daily with weekends off and no-touch freight. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, disability, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight! $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Hourly Pay:

$27.00/hr. with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Monday – Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm OT as needed

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about (2-4routes) routes per shift

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
