48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a CDL Driver in Columbus, OH. You’ll enjoy weekends off, daily home time, no-touch freight, and hourly pay between $27.00 and $29.00.

You will handle local truckload deliveries, haul trailers within 150 miles on 2–5 routes per shift, and operate a 53’ automatic dry van on 8–12 hour shifts. Requirements include CDL-A, 23+ years old, pass DOT physical, clean PSP and driving record. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$27.00 - $29.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am start

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles making about 2-5 routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 8-12hours shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
