Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in Oklahoma City, OK. You will handle local truckload deliveries, mainly drop and hook, and operate an automatic 53’ dry van on 1st shift starting at $24.00/hr. Expect routes of 2–3 per shift and home daily with weekends off and no touch freight.

You must have 1 year of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years, be 23 or older, and pass a DOT physical and road test. Strong English reading/writing skills are required.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$24.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: 6:00am until finish

Location:

Oklahoma City, OK

What You’ll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (250 of miles) making about (2-3 of routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (# of hours) shifts

What You’ll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
