Job summary

Ryder is hiring for a Home Daily driver position in Normal, IL. You will deliver auto parts with no-touch freight, typically Monday–Friday with potential weekend peaks.

Expect 50+ hour weeks, a starting pay of $29.00/hr plus $1.00 shift pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments, with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. You'll work with 36-month or newer trucks, enjoy 24/7 roadside maintenance, and benefit from PTO, 401(k) with company match, maternity

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.

Earn $1,875+ per Week - Home Daily!

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus - Comprehensive Benefits

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Earn $1,875+ per week
• Hourly pay: $29.00 per hour
• Shift pay: $1.00 per hour
• Hours per week: 50+ hours
• Safety bonus: Pays you $250 every quarter
• $3,000 sign-on bonus:
• Pays you $1,500 at 30 days
• Pays you $1,500 at 90 days
• Paid weekly
• Route: Home daily
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends during peak
• Start time: 6:00 PM
• Deliver solo to: Shuttling between facilities
• Tractor type: Day cab
• Trailer type: Dry van 48', 53'
• Freight: No-touch - Auto parts
