A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in West Chester, PA, is seeking an experienced full-time Local CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team.

The role operates a day cab tractor with 48’ or 53’ trailers, performing pickups and deliveries to various LTL locations, with a planned relocation to a Northeast, MD area when the new terminal opens. Eligibility includes a valid Class A CDL, Hazmat and tanker endorsements, at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to read, write and speak English.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat is required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience.
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• No more than three moving violations and/or accidents within the last three years, subject to review.
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Completing pick up and deliveries to various location(s).
• Performing lift gate deliveries, including unloading and loading at stops as needed.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines.
• Building relationships through excellent communication with customers.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Local CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team in West Chester, PA. This position will relocate to Northeast, MD when our new terminal opens. This role operates a day cab tractor with a 48’ or 53’ trailer to complete pickups and deliveries to our various LTL customer locations.
