A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in West Chester, PA is seeking an experienced, full-time Local CDL-A Truck Driver.

The role relocates to the Northeast, MD when the new terminal opens and uses a day cab tractor with 48’ or 53’ trailers to service various LTL customer locations. Valid Class A CDL and Hazmat to start are required, with tanker endorsement available within 90 days. At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience and a current DOT medical card are needed, along with English proficiency and TSA

Responsibilities

• Completing pick up and deliveries to various location(s).
• Performing lift gate deliveries, including unloading and loading at stops as needed.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines.
• Building relationships through effective communication with customers.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Local CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team in West Chester, PA. This position will relocate to Northeast, MD when our new terminal opens. This role operates a day cab tractor with a 48’ or 53’ trailer to complete pickups and deliveries to our various LTL customer locations.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Hazmat is required to start
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance
