Salt City Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Local Shuttle Driver for a Sun–Thu schedule, home daily. The position offers about $70,000 per year plus a $5,000 bonus, with primarily drop-and-hook, no-touch freight on a dedicated frozen grocery shuttle account.

Start from East Granby Yard in Granby, CT, and shuttle loads to Westfield, MA and relay yards in Milford and West Haven, CT. Expect 5–10 runs per day, 3 minimum, with occasional store deliveries and intermodal work; evenings start around 3:00–4:00

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• Strong customer service skills and safety focus.
• Willingness to perform store deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated frozen grocery shuttle account.
• Drop-and-hook and no-touch shuttle freight.
• Typically 5–10 shuttle runs per day with a minimum of 3.
• Shuttle loads between Westfield, MA and CT relay yards.
• Occasional store deliveries and intermodal work.
