Job summary

Salt City Trucking in Wisconsin is hiring a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver to earn about $75,000 average annual gross pay with home daily and a Monday–Friday schedule. This role offers strong additional pay opportunities, 100% no-touch freight, and ramp training.

You’ll handle daily intermodal runs, mostly to Chicago rail yards, with roughly 1,500 miles per week. Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days; paid training provided. Benefits include a $10,000 bonus and steady schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire.
• No SAP drivers.
• No smoking inside the truck.

Responsibilities

• 100% no-touch intermodal freight.
• Daily runs to Chicago rail yards.
• Approximately 1,500 miles per week.
• Approximately 80% drop/hook and 20% live load.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days; reimbursement available.
