Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a CDL-A local dry van driver for a Target account. Earn $27.50–$28.00 per hour with overtime, plus a $50 weekly safety and performance bonus. Expect home-daily routes on a five-day workweek with 40–45 hours of work weekly.

The role covers dedicated retail freight using 53' dry van trailers and late-model day cabs, with AM or PM shifts and start times before noon. Company-paid benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.
• Additional qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retail freight with 53' dry van trailers.
• Retail store deliveries and/or light yard swaps as needed.
• Coordinate with store personnel for receiving and unloading.
