Position Summary

Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

1. Maintaining product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, including replenishing, facing, rotating, and building displays.
2. Managing backroom organization, inventory levels, and reporting.
3. Operating manual and powered equipment like pallet jacks and straddle stackers.
4. Completing store documentation and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Communicating with store and company personnel regarding status and concerns.
6. Ensuring safety and following company policies and laws.
7. Providing customer service and resolving concerns.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Experience

1. At least 18 years old and meet state legal age requirements.
2. Six months of relevant work experience, such as warehouse, construction, or similar physically demanding roles.
3. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
4. High school diploma or GED.
5. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
6. Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills And Experience

1. Beverage industry experience.
2. Customer service experience.
3. One year of experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
4. Certifications in straddle stacker and powered pallet jack.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for at least 6 hours, walking at least 4 miles daily.
• Ability to work in various physical positions and conditions.
• Compliance with accommodations for disabilities.
• Overtime and punctuality are essential due to delivery schedules and DOT regulations.
