Job summary

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, seeks a dock/linehaul driver in Amarillo, TX. You will pickup and deliver cargo, load/unload trailers, and operate a forklift as needed; schedule varies by terminal. A Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker and hazmat endorsements is required; one year of tractor/trailer experience preferred.

DOT pre-employment drug screen is mandatory. This is a Teamster union position with overtime after 8 hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training possible if less).
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker and hazmat endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine paperwork and log loading sheets.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Perform tractor/trailer checks and setup; pickup and delivery of cargo.
• Other duties as assigned.
