AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking dedicated local drivers to pick up and deliver freight within a limited area.

As a full-time AAA Cooper Transportation employee, you will operate modern equipment and follow all safety and regulatory requirements, with home daily. Local drivers are paid hourly and may work Sunday through Friday depending on customer needs; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k with company match, life insurance, disability, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL-A with hazmat and double/triple endorsements.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Check shipping papers to ensure load compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records required for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with the public.
• Drive truck to required destination per federal regulations.
• Ensure shipping documentation is available for inspection.
