Job summary

ABF Freight is seeking an experienced driver to perform pickup and delivery within the local distribution network. You will operate tractor-trailer equipment, load and unload at service centers and customer sites, and maintain safety standards.

Qualified candidates hold a Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker and hazmat endorsements, and have at least 1 year of verifiable experience. Shifts vary by location and can include days, nights, and weekends, with weekly pay for hourly work.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• Minimum 21 years of age; good work record; safe driving record; pass DOT drug screen.
• Shift days and hours vary by location, may include days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from destinations near the consolidation/distribution center.
• Loading and unloading of trailers using standard dock procedures.
• Duties and schedule may vary by terminal location.
