Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers with safety, timeliness, and courtesy. You’ll be a company ambassador, interacting frequently with customers, and you’ll be home every night since we’re local.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating construction equipment, and ensuring logs and inspections are completed, all while maintaining exceptional service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Superior customer service and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment in line with DOT classifications.
• Adhere to safety requirements including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Maintain driver’s logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
