Job summary

Central Transport is seeking Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers at our Montpelier, VT location. You will be responsible for ensuring freight is delivered on time and without damage, and you may unload trailers at the end of each route.

The role offers local home-daily routes and modern equipment, with opportunities to grow within a trusted nationwide LTL carrier. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, company HSA contributions, paid holidays and vacations, and a competitive pay

Qualifications

• 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• No DUIs within the last 5 years (no more than 1 in lifetime).
• Must pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight on time and damage-free.
• Unload trailer upon completion of daily route.
