Job summary

Cheeseman Transport is hiring a CDL A Local Driver out of Ft. Recovery, OH. Local drivers will be delivering forklifts, tow motors and parts on a dry van trailer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have CDL A license.
• Must have 6 Months Driving Experience.
• Hazmat & tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• No felony in the past 7 years.
• No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Ft. Recovery, OH.

Responsibilities

• Deliver forklifts, tow motors and parts on a dry van trailer.
• Operate newer model Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner trucks with automatic transmission and ELD.

• Governed speed: 68 mph
• ELD equipped using Samsara
• Outward facing camera

Qualifications
