Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is seeking CDL-A or CDL-B drivers for local routes, delivering food products to restaurant customers. You will operate a diesel tractor-trailer or box truck on local routes with afternoon dispatch and a 4-day schedule, home daily. This role requires valid CDL, DOT medical card, and ability to lift 5–75+ lbs. You'll work nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation, with lift-gate trailers and touch freight. Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL and Current DOT Medical Card.
• 1+ year of tractor-trailer driving (CDL-A) or 2+ years box truck delivery (CDL-B).
• Ability to lift 5-75+ lbs and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers).
• Strong communication and clear customer service with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork.

• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in compliance.

Route Details & Equipment:

CDL-A Drivers:

• Afternoon dispatch - 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• 4 days per week schedule - will include working every other weekend
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• All trailers are equipped with lift gates - no ramps
• Touch freight - must be able to lift up to 75+ lbs.
• Drivers make 15 - 22 stops

CDL-B Drivers:

• Afternoon dispatch - 1:00 PM
• 4 days per week schedule
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps

Requirements:

CDL-A Drivers:

• Valid Class A CDL

• 1+ year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience
• Ability to lift 5-75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong communication and clear customer service skills with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements

CDL-B Drivers:

• Valid Class B CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• 2+ year of box truck driving experience in food service or beverage delivery
• Ability to lift 5-75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong communication and clear customer service skills with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements
