Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Class A CDL driver to operate a diesel tractor-trailer on local routes with no layovers and home daily. Earn $32.37–$33.37 per hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include delivering food products to restaurants, loading/unloading as needed, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining DOT logs. Must be able to lift 5–75+ lbs and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• English reading and speaking as required by DOT.

Route Details & Equipment:

• Afternoon dispatch
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Make 15 - 20 stops
• All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps
• Touch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbs.

Requirements:

• A valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• Ability to lift 5 - 75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations
