Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Cahokia, IL is seeking a Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B).

You will deliver products to customers by making an average of 10–12 stops per day, complete paperwork, and provide excellent customer service while following DOT regulations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of driving experience or recent trucking school certification, and a valid Class A or B CDL (hazmat endorsement preferred or obtainable within 60 days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Clean driving record for past two years, no major violations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day and complete paperwork.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety during deliveries.
• Identify maintenance needs and report issues with vehicles.
