Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages at store accounts in Bonney Lake, Puyallup, and Sumner. You will partner with Delivery, Sales, and retail teams to ensure products are ready for customers and properly displayed.

The role requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs, a valid driver's license, and reliable smartphone access, with local travel and weekend availability as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in cold boxes, shelves, and displays with POS materials.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route; no product transport in personal vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and maintain relationships.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in/out using the timekeeping application and follow labor laws.
• Demonstrate company core values in daily activities.
• Complete other tasks or projects as assigned.
