Job summary

Hub Group Final Mile is seeking Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Teams for appliance delivery routes with basic hookup. Appliances ranged from refrigerators to washers, dryers, and more.

Contractors must own a 26' box truck with a lift gate and have a personal set of tools; valid MC authority and DOT number with FMCSA or willingness to obtain. Local deliveries, home daily, weekly settlements, direct deposit.

Qualifications

Professional work experience as an Appliance Installer or willingness to learn the trade.
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record for all drivers.
Must own, rent, or lease a 26' box truck with a lift gate and have a personal set of tools.

Responsibilities

Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances.
Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances.
Must follow complex installation instructions per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc.
Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
Provide a two-person delivery team.
