Job summary
Hub Group Final Mile is seeking an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery routes with basic hook up. Appliances delivered range from refrigerators to washers and more.
You must own a 16' or 26' box truck with a lift gate and be prepared to work as a two-person team on local, home-daily deliveries with installation responsibilities. Benefits include weekly settlements and direct deposit, with opportunities to expand into appliance installation support and
Qualifications
- Own or lease a 16' or 26' box truck with a lift gate.
- Active MC Operating Authority and DOT number with FMCSA.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appliance installer experience or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances.
- Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances.
- Follow complex installation instructions per manufacturer specifications to complete installation.
- Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
- Provide a two-person delivery team.
