Job summary

Hub Group Final Mile is seeking an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery routes with basic hookup. You must own, rent or lease a 26' box truck with a lift gate and ideally provide a Driver Helper.

Local deliveries, home daily and paid weekly with direct deposit settlements. Responsibilities include timely delivery and installation of appliances, following manufacturer instructions, and using basic tools. A two-person delivery team is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Contractors must have an active MC Operating Authority and DOT number with the FMCSA.
• Must own, rent or lease a 26' box truck with a lift gate.
• Must have a personal set of tools.
• Experience as Appliance Installer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver appliances timely and install them as required.
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install appliances.
• Follow manufacturer instructions for installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc.
• Maneuver items with equipment and assistance as needed.
• Provide a two-person delivery team.
