Job summary

Optimum Media is seeking a driven Local Advertising Sales Account Executive to deliver targeted advertising solutions to local SMBs using premium assets across TV, streaming, DOOH and mobile. You will act as a trusted marketing consultant, handling the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role features a base salary with uncapped commissions, bonus opportunities, a flexible work environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local business owners, decision-makers and agencies.
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify client goals and develop advertising strategies.
• Present and sell integrated marketing solutions across TV, streaming, mobile and DOOH.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal to campaign activation and follow-up.
• Oversee client accounts from pitch through production and activation for a seamless experience.
• Analyze client needs and uncover opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns and high-quality service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
