Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours); Saturdays and Sundays off. The ideal candidate has a Texas Guard Card, dispatch experience, and a commitment to high professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Texas Non-Commissioned Security License required.
• Previous dispatch experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with report writing preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
• Monitor CCTV for safety, doors, and security violations.
• Dispatch field officers and emergency responders.
• Handle calls and alerts via internal comms and weather systems.
• Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
• Follow SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, etc.).
• Use internal comms systems and security software professionally.
• Operate badge software (enabling/disabling badges).
• Provide security support for client projects and events.
• Administer client access policies.
