Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Lobby Attendant to clean lobby, restrooms, and public areas in a safe, efficient manner following brand standards and regulations. You will report emergencies or hazards to management and assist with Lost and Found as needed.

The role requires walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a hotel environment. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned rooms and tasks.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Walk all assigned spaces at beginning and end of shift and remove trash.
• Clean public spaces, restrooms, elevators and offices; stock supplies.
• Perform quality checks on public TVs, telephones and lamps.
• Use cleaning equipment properly and safely.
• Report emergencies, accidents and safety hazards to management.
• Turn in found items for Lost and Found."
• Perform duties of Houseperson, Room Attendant or Laundry Attendant as assigned.
